The Penn Office of Investments is located at:

All entrances to the FMC Tower are marked with a sign labeled FMC. One entrance is located on Walnut Street between Schuylkill Avenue and 30th Streets. The other entrance is located on 30th Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets.
From 30th Street Station
Amtrak’s 30th Street Station is located two blocks from the office on Market Street and is approximately a five minute walk away. 30th Street Station also provides access to SEPTA Regional Rail lines and other commuter lines.
From the Airport
Philadelphia International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from FMC Tower. There is a taxi stand outside each terminal at the airport. You can also take SEPTA’s Airport Express train to 30th Street Station. The train leaves every half hour from outside each airport terminal. The train ride takes approximately twenty five minutes.
Parking
Valet parking is available at FMC Tower by using the driveway entrance off 30th Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets. Parking is also available at the Cira South Garage, located on 30th Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets.
